How to make it

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven heats, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a comfy medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas really well with a fork until they are mostly smooth. A few little lumps are perfectly fine.

Add the rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, and lovely maple syrup to the mashed bananas. Stir everything together gently until it's just combined and looks like a happy cookie dough.

Now, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips. Try not to overmix them, just enough so they are nicely distributed throughout your dough.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet. Use the back of your spoon to flatten them slightly into pretty cookie shapes.
