5Creamy Whipped Feta with Roasted Grapes
This delightful appetizer combines salty feta with sweet roasted grapes for a surprising burst of flavor.
How to make it
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This gets it nice and hot for roasting.
- 2
Rinse the red grapes thoroughly and pat them dry. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey evenly over the grapes.
- 3
Roast the grapes for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are slightly softened and just beginning to burst. Keep a close eye on them so they do not burn.
- 4
While the grapes are roasting, combine the feta cheese and Greek yogurt in a food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth and creamy. If you do not have a food processor, you can mash the feta with a fork and then vigorously whisk it with the yogurt until mostly smooth.
- 5
Spread the whipped feta mixture onto a pretty serving platter or individual bowls. Top with the warm roasted grapes and drizzle with the remaining one tablespoon of honey. Serve this lovely dish immediately with slices of crusty baguette or your favorite crackers.
