Fiery Baked Tilapia and Peppers

How to make it

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Chop the bell peppers and onion into bite sized pieces. Scatter them evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Pour the undrained canned diced tomatoes over the vegetables. Sprinkle the chili powder over everything. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to your liking.
