Mediterranean Baked Cod with Feta

How to make it

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grab a baking dish that's big enough to hold everything comfortably.

Place the cod fillets in the baking dish. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the fish.

Drizzle a little olive oil over the fish and tomatoes. Season generously with salt and pepper to your liking.

Sprinkle the minced garlic and chopped fresh basil over the fish and tomatoes.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cod flakes easily with a fork and the tomatoes have burst and softened. Just before serving, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top. Enjoy your delicious meal!
